Who you are:
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Implementation Manager to support our growing base of enterprise clients. This role is all about execution and delivery - you’ll be the operational engine ensuring our enterprise partners are successfully onboarded, their provider matching needs are fulfilled, and our systems are scaling to meet the moment.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Product to drive seamless onboarding experiences and ensure client expectations are met (and exceeded). This is not a passive support role—you will own the post-sale experience from the moment a deal is signed through successful provider go-live.
