Job Description
Uphold is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join our Legal team. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity where you’ll be responsible for acting as project manager for international corporate formations and regulatory filings, driving the company’s international expansion.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Paralegal certification preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in a paralegal, legal operations, or legal support role (in-house and/or law firm)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills; comfortable handling sensitive/confidential information
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (trackers, logs, version control)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
