The ideal candidate has a strong affinity for AI and new technologies, experience with modern AI tools, and a hands-on mentality. Direct collaboration with the founders, high design freedom, and access to the latest AI tools and technologies are offered.
Requirements
- Strong affinity for AI and new technologies
- Experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, agent tools, automation, etc.)
- Prompt engineering or building AI workflows
- Technical understanding (APIs, data flows, logical thinking)
- Hands-on mentality: You build things, not just talk about them
- Independent and structured working style
- High learning capacity and curiosity
- Secure handling of German and English
