Senior Marketing Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead demand generation marketing activities, work closely with the wider marketing function and other teams, and promote our portfolio in the best possible way.

Requirements

• A solid educational background with several years’ experience in a demand generation marketing role
• Some experience gained within student accommodation, PBSA, property or other lettings setting with an understanding of the student accommodation landscape and lettings cycle
• Proven track record of success in generating leads and converting them into customers
• Expertise in optimising digital channels, such as email marketing, PPC, and social media
• Deep understanding of the most effective marketing channels with ability to use them to generate demand
