Temporary Assistant Educator - Summer Camp

We are recruiting for Temporary Assistant Educators to join our Summer Camp located in Markham. The position is for 25-40 hours/week and involves working a split shift in a before and after school program. The position is available from June 1 to August 28, 2026, with a pay range of $20.20 - $29.79/hour.

Requirements

• Recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• At least 18 years of age or older
• Health assessment and up-to-date record of immunization
• Up-to-date certification in CPR-C and Standard First Aid
• Experience with inquiry/play based program design and implementation
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish relationships with families, coworkers, and other professionals
• Physical and emotional stamina to supervise children in various settings
• Ability to use computer systems and programs, including Dayforce and Storypark
