Design and maintain the MOL Group Leadership Development Framework, develop and deliver Group-level Leadership and MBA program portfolios, and create and integrate new leadership modules and concepts.
Requirements
- University degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in leadership development, including designing and implementing leadership programs in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of coaching, mentoring, and adult learning principles.
- Experience in managing cross-functional or cross-country projects.
- Strategic mindset, ability to link leadership development with business goals.
- Excellent conceptual thinking, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Passion for innovation, learning, and leadership development.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong MS Office skills.
