Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for the followings: Professional partner for the Retail division and Functional Departments in order to carry out HR processes, implementation of the Annual People Cycle, Performance and Career Management System processes and analysis, preparation and support the negotiation process with the union/ scenarios for salary negotiations for the Collective Agreement.
Requirements
- University degree
- 3-5 years of experience in HRBP
- Excellent organization, communication skills & stakeholder management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, teamwork
- Proficiency in English
- Microsoft Office package, strong knowledge of HR processes (SAP HR experience is valued)
