Job Description
We are seeking an Airfreight Logistics Administrator to join our team at our Singapore hub. As an Airfreight Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing outbound airwaybill maintenance control lists, making airline bookings, and performing various documentation duties.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or ITE Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using the computer and Microsoft Office application e.g. MS Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup), MS Word, Power Point.
- Flexible and adaptable
- Willing to undergo background/criminal check as this role requires working in a security-regulated area
