Job Description
We are looking for a Business System Engineer Supervisor to help us drive innovation across our healthcare supply chain. In this role, you’ll be the key bridge between operations and IT—making sure our warehouse and shipping systems meet real-world needs while staying aligned with global IT standards.
Requirements
- Lead the design, testing, and rollout of HELIX—our next-generation global platform for order and warehouse management
- Propose, test, and implement smart solutions that improve our healthcare logistics systems, including WMS and shipping platforms
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, supporting compliance and operational excellence
- Work directly with clients, operations teams, engineers, quality control, and global IT to deliver high-impact solutions
- Manage cross-functional projects with a high degree of ownership and visibility
