Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Database Developer to architect, develop, optimize, and maintain database solutions across our Azure cloud data platform.
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in SQL Server development and database engineering
- Strong expertise with Azure SQL Managed Instance; exposure to SQL Hyperscale preferred
- Hands-on experience with: SSIS (ETL development), SSRS (reporting), SQL Agent (job scheduling & automation), ADF (pipeline development)
- Advanced SQL skills including performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and execution plan analysis
- Solid experience in database design, normalization, table architecture, and data modeling
- Proven experience leading development teams or acting as technical lead
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum delivery model
