Quality Assurance Supervisor - Healthcare

As a QA Supervisor Healthcare at UPS, you'll guarantee the quality of our Healthcare Logistics & Distribution and promote the Quality Culture within UPS HLD.

Requirements

• Communicate UPS' quality policy and objectives
• Ensure compliance with local and regional legal requirements and regulatory authorities
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare quality regulation and assess the risks associated with storage and transportation of healthcare products
• Develop operating procedures and train the QA team and internal clients
• Support investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints
• Assess and approve changes related to applicable processes and projects
