Superviseur Opérations/Formation

We are seeking an Operations/Training Supervisor to manage the workload of staff, develop team objectives, and train employees to respect regulations and requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customs and border regulations, evaluating performance, and resolving problems in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Submit binding requests for decisions to customs
• Manage compliance and responsibility reports
• Evaluate performance against quality objectives
• Organize meetings with clients and quarterly activity reviews
• Delegate and prioritize workload to meet client deadlines
• Examine reports to proactively manage exceptions
• Resolve problems in a timely manner
• Examine customs memoranda and advisories
• Monitor accounts receivable and currency problems
• Examine and approve customs declarations
• Analyze financial performance of the work group
• Determine employee training needs
• Provide continuous comments and support
• Perform performance evaluations
• Hold others accountable for established performance levels
• Resolve individual and collective performance problems
