Join UPSA, a medium-sized enterprise with a 90-year history in pharmaceuticals, as a CRM Administrator for a 1-year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM tools, analyzing data to support field activities, and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management, ideally in the healthcare or medical visit sector.
- CRM tool certification (Salesforce, OCE)
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM technologies and trends.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Training and user support skills.
