UpSkill Universe is seeking a Digital Marketing & Ads Optimisation Trainer to deliver a comprehensive, 5-week in-person training programme for SMEs in Johannesburg or Pretoria, South Africa. The role requires facilitating hands-on workshops, aligning with the programme’s structured learning outcomes, and equipping SMEs with actionable skills to achieve measurable business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications or certifications in digital marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering training programmes focused on SMEs in digital marketing, ads optimisation, customer engagement, and marketing
- Proficiency in Google tools (e.g., Analytics, Merchant Center, AI-driven advertising tools)
- Technical proficiency in using online delivery tools such as Google Meets, Slido, and presentation tools
