Implementation Consultant/Associate

UpSlide is a productivity solution provider for financial services, seeking an Implementation Consultant or Associate to join their UK Professional Services team. The successful candidate will have a client-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team. The role involves delivering client onboarding, training, and support, as well as building relationships with clients and contributing to the development of scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in SaaS or the Financial industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Client-centric mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to switch contexts quickly and easily, managing multiple priorities at the same time
• Curious, creative, bold, and resourceful behaviours
• Natural problem-solving skills and an interest in navigating complexity
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to thrive with responsibility and the opportunity to work both independently and within a team
