Programm-Manager (m/w/d)

As a Program Manager at UPSTART, you are responsible for building and maintaining our own innovation programs and for our customers.

Your tasks include:

• Building and developing our programs
• Keeping an overview of our projects
• Taking over internal coordination with relevant departments

You will:

• Design the content of the program
• Build a mentor and expert network
• Build deal flow partnerships for the programs together with the Startup Scouts

Your responsibilities also include:

• Economic evaluation of the programs
• Planning for implementation

You will present project progress to management.
