Job Description
As a Scrum Master (m/w/d), you establish the interface between the Product Owner and the Product Management Team. You are responsible for the Scrum process and ensure its correct implementation and ongoing optimization.
Your Tasks:
- You plan and moderate various Scrum meetings.
- You identify and resolve arising conflicts.
- You introduce techniques for efficient management of agile projects and product backlogs.
- You take on the coaching of teams, help them to organize themselves, and keep an eye on cross-functional team work.

Your Profile:
- You have already completed a training or further education as a Scrum Master.
- You are familiar with agile methods (e.g. Scrum/Kanban) and it is easy for you to apply these.
- You have knowledge in coaching, conflict mediation of agile developer teams, and process optimization.
- You bring leadership qualities and a high degree of self-responsibility.
- You are familiar with Lean Startup, Scrum, and Design Thinking.
- You identify with creativity and empathy.
- You are characterized by solution-oriented thinking and a structured way of working.
- You bring practice or professional experience with you.
- You have a self-assured and sympathetic appearance.
- You stand for a well-groomed appearance.
