Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and launching digital products
- 3+ years leading design teams
- Proven track record guiding end-to-end product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership
- Deep understanding of user-centered design processes
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in Figma
