At Upstart, we’re united by a mission that matters: to radically reduce the cost and complexity of borrowing for all Americans. We partner with banks and credit unions to expand access to affordable credit through technology that’s both radically intelligent and deeply human. The Conversion Engineering team sits at the intersection of product performance and business growth at Upstart, responsible for optimizing how borrowers move through the application journey—from rate check to funding—directly impacting Conversion Rate, one of the company’s most important operating metrics and a key driver of revenue.
