As a trainee in the field of international innovation management, you will support the establishment of a global network and help German companies and startups scale globally in dynamic innovation ecosystems.

Training Program

You will complete an 18-month training program, optionally and depending on the situation, with a stay abroad in Singapore.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in innovation management, entrepreneurship, international business, or a similar field
• Hands-on type with strong communication skills

• Knowledge of new technologies and the continuous development of existing processes
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Travel willingness and interest in a longer stay abroad
