Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator role is an entry-level office position responsible for maintaining daily operations of the clinic, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the mission of Upstream Rehabilitation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• Efficient time management and presentation skills
