Job Description
Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team in Lone Tree, CO. The position involves maintaining daily clinic operations, customer service, and multitasking in multiple computer programs. The Patient Care Coordinator will work closely with the Clinic Director to carry out efficient clinic procedures and support the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
Requirements
- Collect all money due at the time of service
- Convert referrals into evaluations
- Schedule patient visits
- Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
- Manage schedule efficiently
- Manage document routing
- Manage personal overtime
- Manage non-clinical documentation
