The Patient Care Coordinator is an entry-level office role that maintains pleasant and consistent daily operations of the clinic, multitasks in multiple computer programs, and has excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
• Attend required training
• Complete quarterly compliance training
