Partnership and Community Engagement Lead - North (Reproductive Healthcare)

Upstream USA is seeking a Partnership and Community Engagement Lead to advance its mission of ensuring equitable, patient-centered contraceptive care is available to everyone. The role will support the Partnerships and Community Engagement team in cultivating and managing relationships with healthcare organizations and healthcare association partners.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in partnership development, strategic sales, or relationship management
• Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining complex partnerships, particularly within the healthcare or health equity space
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
