Remote Bookkeeper - US Real Estate / Property Management Industry

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper/accountant with a background in real estate syndication or fund management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, providing accurate financial reports, and working closely with our team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Prior experience working remotely as a bookkeeper or accountant for a U.S. firm is preferred
• Prior experience with real estate asset management and/or real estate investment firms
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, A/P reporting, and financial reconciliation
• Experience with construction cost tracking and development projects is preferred
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
