We seek a proactive, full-time Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify sales opportunities for our U.S.-based clients. In this role, you will focus on high-volume, multi-channel outreach (calls, email, social media, etc.) to identify potential customers, book meetings for Account Executives, and drive pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outreach to qualified leads across multiple channels (e.g. phone, email, SMS, LinkedIn)
- Lead Qualification: Engage prospects to discover business needs and qualify leads using criteria like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing)
- CRM & Data Management: Meticulously track all activities in the CRM. Record call notes, emails, and next steps so leads flow smoothly through the sales pipeline
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing teams
- Metrics & Targets: Consistently hit or exceed activity and pipeline targets
- Event & Campaign Support (as needed): Occasionally represent the company at U.S. trade shows or virtual events to capture leads and network
