Job Description
Facilitates patient admission to hospice through marketing and education activities with contracted hospitals, specialized nursing centers, long-term care centers, medical groups, and other community resources.
Requirements
- High school diploma, preferably in a health or marketing-related field.
- Nursing.
- Social Work.
- Pastoral Care.
- Marketing.
- Commercial Management.
- At least 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Patient-oriented and detail-focused with excellent patient and family service skills.
- Reliable vehicle in good condition.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 8-5, and extra hours as required.
- Ability to cover the South Area.
- Organized and team-focused individual.
