Requirements
- Highly skilled cooking and preparing ingredients
- Excellent knife skills
- Proven track record of adhering to recipe standards
- Passion for working with high quality ingredients
- Excel in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Thrive on teamwork
- Full-time (30 hours or more) or part-time (30 hours or less) position
- Flexibility with schedule (weekdays, weekends, holidays)
- Flexible shifts including early/late hours
- 1 year of full-service restaurant Kitchen cook experience
- Internal candidates must be in good standing
- State Food Handler’s Certification required
