Prep Cook

As a Prep Cook, your responsibility is to perform routine tasks such as food preparation, equipment cleaning and sanitizing, and kitchen organization under the directions of cooks, chefs, or food service managers. You must be highly skilled at preparing ingredients, have excellent knife skills, and adhere to recipe standards.

Requirements

• 1 year of full-service restaurant Kitchen cook experience
• State Food Handler’s Management Certification
• Associate’s degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred but not required
