The College All Stars program guides students through their college journey, offering support from applications to enrollment. Program Associates deliver college services, mentor at-risk youth emphasizing Urban Dove's Core Values. The All Star Counselors report directly to the Director of College and Career Readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in youth development, education, or college campus roles
- Organized, reliable, and a positive role model for teens
- Efficient multi-tasker with high-quality output
- Experience in college access/retention programs preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. higher education, particularly NYC/State, financial aid, and college application processes
- Aligned with Urban Dove mission and values: Teamwork, Leadership, Communication
- Committed to restorative practices and strength-based youth development
- Team player with strong work ethic, communication skills, and passion for helping at-risk youth
- Familiar with the college admissions process
