The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from late-stage development through Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracting and construction to completion and hand-off to Asset Operations Management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage complex project environments
- Strong financial acumen and ability to develop accurate project budgets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational capacity to simultaneously manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and be able to quickly adapt to changes and shift priorities to meet project needs
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience comparing supplier quotes, estimates, and negotiating contracts
