Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from late-stage development through EPC contracting and construction to completion and hand-off to Asset Operations Management. The role requires managing multiple projects at a time and meeting project milestones and maintaining accurate project schedules and budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage complex project environments
• Strong financial acumen and ability to develop accurate project budgets
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational capacity to simultaneously manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience comparing supplier quotes, estimates, and negotiating contracts
