Anthropologie Associate Designer - Wovens

Anthropologie is seeking an Associate Designer to help design and execute collections each season, ensuring it aligns with the seasonal theme and overarching aesthetic of the Anthropologie brand. The role involves assisting in interpreting seasonal fashion direction, assortment opportunities, and merchandise trends, as well as managing development and execution of trim packages and technical callouts.

Requirements

• Interpret seasonal fashion direction and assortment opportunities
• Assist Senior Designer in creating seasonal assortment
• Manage development and execution of trim packages and technical callouts
• Communicate fit and construction details to Technical Design department
• Prepare presentation materials for seasonal benchmark meetings
