Anthropologie is seeking an experienced and creative senior concept designer who exhibits a natural curiosity and strong ability to innovate. This position will focus on the research and development of seasonal print and pattern trends and concepts for the Anthropologie apparel brands.

- Strong digital presentation skills, utilizing Indesign to create impactful & inspiring trend packs.
- Demonstrate creative ability to autonomously research & self direct to present print trends seasonally & in weekly meetings.
- Strong connection and knowledge of past & emerging print and pattern trends found within art, design, and fashion.
- Utilize AI to create emotive imagery that is trend forward & supports concept Directives.
- Proactively prepare for weekly concept meetings, updating & developing print trends in reaction to feedback.
- Lead seasonal trend & concept workload to meet all deadlines.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the department’s calendar, including key events, milestones, and deadlines.
- Maintain a current knowledge of the Anthro Apparel business as it relates to LY and Plan.
- Awareness of successes & opportunities found in weekly business, seasonal hindsight, and quarterly Print Attributes.
