Job Description
Free People is seeking an Associate Print Designer to support the creation and development of original prints and pattern artworks. The role involves working closely with the design director and teams to develop prints for retail and wholesale divisions, utilizing traditional and digital techniques, and staying updated with fashion trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design, Surface Design, Fine Art, Illustration, or related experience
- 3+ Years Design industry or related experience
- Strong sense and understanding of the Free People Customer
- Experience in print and textile design
- Strong artistic hand and creative and technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Enthusiasm and willingness to explore creatively using AI platforms
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office 365
- Self-starter with the ability to function independently and in a team-based environment
- Great attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
