Requirements
- Several years of experience (3+ years) in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Corporate Sales
- B2B Mid-Market customers and experience in contract management & negotiation
- Analytical and conceptual thinking with practical implementation focus
- Data analysis in Excel/spreadsheets and CRM systems (like Salesforce)
- Relationship building and ability to build multiple relationships at all levels within clients
