ERP Specialist

We are looking for an ERP Specialist to join our growing IT team. The successful candidate will use technical capabilities to solve complex problems while improving the end-user experience. The ideal person will thrive on managing multiple projects while also balancing and meeting deadlines in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Related education in Computer Science or a Technology program, and/or 5+ years of experience with web-based application design or development
• Working knowledge of basic computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• A strong sense of curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development
• Experience scripting in T-SQL and PowerShell; familiarity with other scripting languages is considered an asset
• Experience with ERP software (e.g., Deltek VantagePoint, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP) is considered an asset
• A strong customer service mindset and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Experience supporting end users (in person, by phone, chat, or email)
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing, time-sensitive demands
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation
• Project coordination or project management experience is considered an asset
