Construction Site Manager to join a dynamic and growing company in the construction and building sector, responsible for supervising and coordinating construction projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Plan, optimize and supervise the use of resources to ensure that construction projects are executed on time, with specifications and at the established cost.
• Budget estimates, planning and fixing construction phases, supervising subcontractor and subordinate personnel activities, verifying progress and quality during the project phase, certifications, and representing the company in relevant matters, drafting reports and minutes.
• Ability to interpret needs and great communication skills.
