Job Description
The APIP Facilitator is responsible for direct service provision to participants, including group counseling, advocacy services, and referrals. The position requires sensitivity to issues related to the impact of the criminal justice system, trauma, and domestic violence.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Services
- Two (2) years of counseling experience in a group setting
- Two (2) years of experience in social services, criminal justice system/jail/prison, working with re-entry and/or probation populations
- Group counseling experience and skills
- Knowledgeable and sensitive to domestic violence and diversity issues
- Computer-literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
