Job Description
Urban Resource Institute (URI) is seeking a Director of Social Services to oversee the social services and case management components of the program. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a social service capacity, preferably in the field of homeless services.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience in a social service capacity
- Familiarity with DHS and OTDA regulations
- Ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization and work well on teams
- Sensitivity to individuals from varying sociodemographic backgrounds
