Job Description
Urban Resource Institute (URI) seeks a Program Director to lead the development and implementation of its first Supportive Housing program, Innovative Urban Village, in partnership with Christian Cultural Center. The Director will design and develop the program model, service framework, and operational policies and procedures, ensuring quality and effective services to families experiencing homelessness due to domestic violence.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in social services, preferably in supportive housing, domestic violence services, or homeless services
- Familiarity with OTDA regulations and supportive housing and ESSHI guidelines
- Project management skills and experience
- Strong writing and public speaking skills
