Job Description
Residential Specialist - Domestic Violence Programs - On Call, full-time position at Urban Resource Institute, with responsibilities including hotline interviews, admissions paperwork, and providing administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with internships in Human Services or Associate Degree with (2-4) years’ experience in Human Services or High School Diploma or GED with (4-5) years’ experience
- Experience in, or a potential for, delivering a variety of human services to adults and children, preferably in a residential setting
- Sensitivity and experience with and/or knowledge of domestic violence within and against disenfranchised communities
- Computer-literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to be flexible with schedule as needed
