Medical Assistant

Urology Austin is seeking a Medical Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient patient flow, assisting with patient care, and performing tasks assigned by physicians and nurses.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Certification of graduation from an accredited program for medical assistant required
• Preferred experience as a medical assistant or nursing assistant in a hospital or clinical setting
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
