The PRN Radiation Therapist is responsible for delivering prescribed radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols.
Requirements
- Current Texas licensure in Radiation Therapy, as required.
- Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred, ideally in an outpatient or clinic-based setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard computer applications.
- Ability to travel between assigned clinic locations as needed.
