Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents patient care in accordance with the facility, departmental and professional nursing practice.
Requirements
- Assessment and Documentation of New and Established Patient/Consult
- Collaborates with surgical scheduling department regarding patient preparation
- Provides direct surgical assistance with urological office procedures
- Provides delegation and oversight to direct and indirect care delivery of physician team
- Provide urological educational requirements to the urological patient
- Attends and participates in monthly staff meetings
