Job Description
Director of Accounting & Finance (GovCon Services) responsible for running a GovCon accounting services practice, leading a team of 16 accounting professionals, and overseeing financial performance, delivery quality, and compliance outcomes.
Requirements
- Senior-level GovCon accounting leadership experience, typically 8+ years in government contracting environments
- Hands-on ownership of DCAA business systems audits
- Direct responsibility for reviewing, approving, or defending incurred cost submissions
- Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS as applied to real client or contractor environments
- Experience with job cost accounting, indirect rate development, and compliant billing practices
- Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ professionals
