Job Description
Ursa Major is seeking a Program Manager to drive customer success and lead the execution of complex programs within the aerospace and defense industry. This role involves managing customer relationships, program budgets, timelines, and risks, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving program progress from initial identification to sustainment and obsolescence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience of program management or aerospace leadership
- Proven program management experience, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domains
- Proven experience leading a team of peers
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense Security Clearance
