Cattle Crew Lead

Requirements

• Degree in Animal Science, Ag Business, or equivalent hands‐on cattle experience
• Strong working knowledge of cattle handling, health, nutrition, genetics, and feedlot operations
• Proven ability to make sound decisions quickly and maintain accuracy in fast‐paced environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with veterinarians, managers, and team members
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, team building, and promoting a positive culture
• Highly organized, self‐directed, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Competent with livestock record‐keeping software and basic Microsoft Office programs
