Job Description
The Transformation Director is accountable for driving delivery of URUS’s highest-priority enterprise initiatives, with particular emphasis on executing the URUS 2030 strategy and enabling successful M&A integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic programs, enterprise transformations, or large-scale initiatives
- Strong background in program leadership, transformation management, consulting, or similar roles focused on strategy execution
