Feedlot Division Manager

We are seeking a forward-thinking Feedlot Division Manager to guide the growth and success of our newest division. This role will oversee all aspects of feedlot service planning, processing, and delivery, while applying strong business acumen to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in animal science, animal nutrition, business administration, operations, or compliance leadership field
• Seven or more years of professional experience in agriculture or livestock production, preferably in feedlot and cattle-to-market processes
• Highly organized leader with the ability to manage multiple priorities, direct team focus, and maintain strong alignment across operations
