Job Description
The Vice President, Corporate Transactions & Regional Counsel provides legal counsel and strategic partnership across the organization's MSO operations, supporting enterprise growth initiatives, health system partnerships, clinical education, and corporate development.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing with at least one state bar association
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible legal experience in healthcare law, corporate transactions, or related in-house counsel roles
- Experience negotiating complex provider and health system agreements and managing sophisticated healthcare transactions
- Strong understanding of healthcare business models, physician services arrangements, and MSO structures
